Coffee House has returned 125 million AMD to the government
During the preliminary investigation of a criminal case initiated against Coffee House, the company has reimbursed 125 million AMD to the state.
The Investigative Committee informed Bavnews.am that during the investigation into a case regarding the failure to pay taxes, duties, or other mandatory payments in especially large amounts (450 million AMD), 125 million AMD was recovered.
The Committee also reported that two individuals have been subjected to public criminal prosecution under Article 290, Part 3, Clause 2 of the Criminal Code. A travel ban has been imposed on them as a preventive measure.
It should be noted that for the third consecutive day, all Coffee House branches in Yerevan remain closed.
