What This Judge Does to Animal Abusers Deserves Great Respect (Video)

Ohio Judge Michael Cicconetti has always shown deep compassion for animals.

He strives to change the mindset of people who mistreat, abuse, or even kill animals. His goal is to make offenders feel the consequences of their cruelty – the way their victims did.

In one example, a woman appeared in court after she had abandoned her dog at a landfill and forced it to live there. Judge Michael had a powerful response.

“I want you to go to the dump. Find a place that is awful and forgotten – by people and by God. I want you to spend eight hours there tomorrow and feel what that poor dog felt.”

Such rulings by the judge have earned him widespread respect and admiration.
